Minimum Food & Beverage Charges
We hold a minimum food and beverage charge which will be calculated and applied to any event booked at the Coyote Café. If actual charges are less than the Minimum Food & Beverage Charge, the Minimum Food & Beverage Charge will be applied. If the Actual charges are greater than the Minimum Food & Beverage Charge, then the actual charges will be applied.
Taxes & Gratuities
All events booked at the Coyote Café are subject to a 4.9% tax and a 5.35% Beaver Creek Assessment for a total of 9.9854%, unless the group is legally tax exempt. In addition a 20% gratuity will be added to either the Food & Beverage Minimum or the Food & Beverage Actual at the conclusion of each event.
Restaurant Buyout Policy
All restaurant and room buyouts will be determined on an individual basis. The Coyote Café will take into account the time of year and trends in past sales to determine a room charge.
Payment Policy
A 25% deposit of estimated food & beverage costs will be required for all events, along with a signed confirmation. If deposit is not received by the confirmation date on the agreement, agreement will be rendered null & void, indicating the event is canceled. Deposit amounts will be deducted from the total bill on the day of the event. Full payment of the balance will be due at the conclusion of the event, unless otherwise specified on the agreement. Payment may be made by cash or credit card.
Cancellations
Cancellations are accepted up to 30 days prior to date of event, unless otherwise stated on the agreement.
